Jonathan Widen
At 27 years of age, Jonathan Widen is looking at nothing short of domination as he enters his second year in the Elite ranks as an USA Pro rider. The 2009 season was a breakthrough rookie pro year for Jonathan, as he consistently made top 15 placement appearances at some of the biggest at most prestigious pro races in the United States.
For 2010, Jonathan is poised and prepared to be atop multiple USAC national downhill podiums before making his professional debut at the UCI world cup series. With the help of James Wilson MTB strength training program, Jonathan has trained extremely hard in the off season and has strong expectations for himself. Jonathan has already shown he has the speed necessary to win this year, by placing in the top 10 at numerous pro races throughout the early 2010 season.
For 2010, Jonathan has his sights focused on building upon the success he had in ’09 within the USAC National Series and continuing his drive to the top with the help of LiveWire Energy.
