SCCA 2010 Nationals

Over the weekend of April 24th and 25th, 2010, the California Sports Car Club held it’s Double Nationals in Buttonwillow, CA. The Alvaka.net / LiveWire Energy Corvette was there to race. The car, driven by Oli Thordarson, took the checkered flag for Saturday’s races, and came in second place for the finals. The field was packs, with 32 cars on the 3.1 mile Buttonwillow race track. The data recorder showed the top speed down the back straight to be 138 mph!
